ORDER TIMELINE

All orders will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Orders may often process faster than that, but we cannot guarantee a faster processing time.

 

 

DISCLAIMER

All of our finished garments are 100% handmade and are often one of a kind. Fabrics are often upcycled, and some items are hand knitted. Any minor imperfections are due to the nature of the handmade process. We do our very best to represent colors accurately, but everyone’s monitors can vary. The item you receive may vary slightly from the color you see on your screen.

 

SHIPPING

Our company ships exclusively through USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number you can use to follow your package safely to your door. Once your package leaves our hands, we have no control over the transit time or shipping process.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We happily support and love our international customers, and ship all International orders through USPS. Kari Capone Design is not responsible for duty charges or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during the importation of your package.

 

 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue! We are happy to accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of your purchase, providing that your item is in its original, resalable condition.

 

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, or the item has been damaged for any reason OTHER than due to our error, we can no longer accept a return. We are very sorry.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the reason for the return.

Please contact us BEFORE returning your item to ensure that we can watch to make sure it arrives safely back at our headquarters.

 

REFUNDS

If there is a problem with your product that is OUR FAULT, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue!

 

If you are receiving a refund after returning an item, your refund will be processed only AFTER the item has been received back at our headquarters in acceptable condition.

 

We will then send you an email letting you know that your return has been received and a notification that your refund is on its way.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

Once your return has been authorized, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Unfortunately, all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will be refunded your full purchase price less shipping costs.
